Of all the cottages we have stayed in this was the very best equipped and spotlessly clean one we have been to. The owners were very helpful and made our stay such a pleasure. The area is beautiful and as applied to us was very dog friendly in most establishments. Will definitely visit again. Mr S, HEATHFIELD, East Sussex 21 June 2010
Excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting. Owners could not have been more helpful. Ideal for exploring Dorset and North Devon. Mrs. S, Chichester, Westb Sussex 26 March 2010
Cottage is really lovely and the photos on the website don't do it justice. Owners responsive and helpful (a problem with one of the heaters was resolved very quickly) and left a lovely welcome basket. Very well appointed and contained everything we needed. Garden also lovely, well laid out, completely self contained and secure, ideal for dog owners. Great location - tiny, quiet hamlet, but very convenient for Dorchester and Weymouth and ideal as a base for seeing the area. If going in the winter, be sure to factor in the cost of logs. Mrs B, MACCLESFIELD 06 January 2010
A really good base for day tripping and not so far away from anywhere that the kids got upset. The sofa bed is comfortable for adults too so, if the kids are happy to share a double bed, you can shut them away for a quiet evening. The garden is well laid out for relaxing and socialising. Mrs L, PORTSMOUTH 05 June 2009
Garden Cottage is a beautifully restored property which is more spacious than the photos convey. It is extremely well equipped and comfortable and located in a lovely quiet village. The welcome was great too. The perfect retreat. Mrs P, Leigh-on-sea, Essex 07 February 2009
It was a lovely cottage in a beautiful part of Dorset and the owners couldn't be more helpful. Mrs M, Littlehampton 24 May 2008
The location was peaceful and witin easy reach of Weymouth, which is the best place for children with a super beach and food available for all tastes. Also Dorcester Market was great. Mr C, Ruislip, Middlesex 26 August 2006
The welcome was well received, and the assistance offered during the holiday helped us to enjoy the area even more!! A truly great holiday. Mr A, Nuneaton, Warwickshire 08 July 2006
